Our mission is to make nursing science available to every nurse in every setting—no matter how remote or resource-limited. Meet the Team
Behind Nursing Science Partners is a leadership team of experienced, doctorate-prepared Nurse Scientists who have spent their careers combining research, education, and hands-on clinical practice. Nicole Fontenot, DNP, APRN, ACNP-BC, CCNS, CCRN; Michelle Hehman, PhD, RN, NPD-BC; and Carliss Ramos, DNP, RN, CPHQ, EBP-C are more than nurse consultants—they are mentors, educators, and advocates for a more empowered nursing workforce. Together, they bring more than 60 years of combined experience and have led initiatives in everything from robotics in healthcare to national workforce development programs. They understand what nurses face at the bedside and are passionate about helping them lead meaningful change from within their organizations.
